I start by building a SEO team. You, your web professional, and I work to improve your existing site. Once we’re ready for visitors, I complete the submittal process by registering your site with the select group of search engines that provide the bulk of search services on the Internet. The last step is to track your ranking for six months, refining and focusing your content to drive qualified prospects to your site.
Here’s How it’s Done
- Identify Prospects - I’ll work with you to determine specific prospect demographics including visitor search preferences and keywords used by your ideal clients.
- Create Key Phrases - I’ll work with you to create a unique Key Phrase Thesaurus you can use to tailor your web site message and marketing.
- Web Site Makeover, Backstage - I’ll work with you and your site designer to provide tips and suggestions for changes to your invisible site. You'll get suggestions on revised HTML coding including Title, Keyword and Description tags.
- Web Site Makeover, On Stage - I’ll work with you and your site designer to provide tips and suggestions for changes to your visible site. You'll get suggestions on revised page design, tips for writing search engine specific page content, and suggestions for improving site navigation.
- Search Engine Submission - Once your site makeover is complete, I’ll submit your site to a select group of search engines that furnish Internet search services to all the major search engines.
- Paid Inclusion - This service package includes a $40 allowance for one year of paid inclusion in INeedHits. It reduces their review time from weeks to days. It's the fastest way to appear in searches using MSN Search, Hotbot, LookSmart, Google and other search engines powered by INeedHits. You have the option to renew at the end of the first year.
- Google Sitemap - I will create a Google Sitemap of all your pages to provide a clear path to all your valuable content. Google will “discover” all your published content, whether it’s on the site menu or not.
- Google Analytics Account - I will create an analytics account that provides sophisticated tools you can use to understand where your visitors come from and what they do once they arrive on your site.
- Ongoing Support - I will meet with you by phone once a month to review your SEO status and recommend changes to improve your page rank. (6 month term).
